Suspension of trading - BCG
Brightcom Group Limited has failed to comply with SEBI regulations for two consecutive quarters’, i.e., September 30, 2023, and December 31, 2023, as per provisions laid down in SEBI (Circular).
If Brightcom Group Limited does not comply with the provisions of the Master Circular on or before June 11, 2024
- Trading in it would be suspended w.e.f. June 14, 2024, the suspension will continue until the Company complies with the Master Circular.
- After 15 days of suspension, trading would be allowed on Trade for Trade basis in (Z category) on the first trading day of every week for six months.
- Revocation of suspension would be subject to the company further complying with the procedure and all extant norms prescribed for revocation of suspension.
