Update on Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited delisting counter offer
As the post-counter Offer shareholding of the Acquirer, along with the other promoter and promoter group members, does not exceed 90% of the total issued number of Equity Shares, the Shreyas Counter Offer is considered to have failed, and the shares tendered will be released by Clearing Corporation(ICCL) on October 18, 2023, on best effort basis.
