During the offer period, you can place a bid for the quantity you wish to tender for the buyback/takeover/delisting on Console under Portfolio>Corporate action order window.
Note:
-
- Your orders will be placed on the Exchange platform only on the window expiry date mentioned in the table.
- Please make sure to hold the stock until the end date to be eligible for the buyback. If the quantity of stock available is lower than the order quantity on the offer end date, only available shares will be offered for the buyback.
- Charges for the order placed online will be ₹20+GST. These charges are non-refundable irrespective of whether the order is accepted/rejected/failed.
- All Buyback, Takeover, and Delisting orders will be accepted online through Console only.
- Orders will be accepted only till the last day of the closure till 1 PM.
- Settlement dates are tentative and are subject to change.
- Owing to the large number of client applications anticipated for WIPRO buyback, the orders will be placed on the exchange starting 26th June 2023 until the closure on 30th June 2023 for the orders collected until then. Please make sure to maintain sufficient holdings in your Demat until the order window closes. The status of the orders placed on the Exchange will be communicated over an email.
- WIPRO buyback orders will be accepted only till the last day of the closure till 1 PM.
