Quarterly Settlement of Funds - April 2023

All unused funds in your Zerodha account as of the end of the day on 6th April 2023 will be transferred back to your primary bank account. You can expect to receive the credit of funds in your bank account during the day on 7th April.

Stockbrokers are required to transfer unused funds back to the client’s bank account as per SEBI regulations. Learn more.

Note:

  1. Clients with inactive accounts (no trades, fund additions for the last five days) will be transferred back funds between the 3rd to 5th of April. Funds added back to the trading account before 6th April and remaining unused will be settled back to the bank account as per the regulatory requirement.
  2. Withdrawal requests placed on the 6th and 7th of April will be processed on the 8th of April.
  3. Funds additions for the equity segment will not be available from 9 pm, 6th April until midnight.
