[Resolved] Issue with adding funds on Kite
You may face an issue when adding funds on Kite. We are looking into the issue and it will be resolved shortly. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Update [02:20 PM]: The issue with adding funds is now resolved. You will be able to add funds normally. If you have already added funds but it’s not updated, please wait until the end of the day.
Root cause: Our payment system was down from 12:52 PM to 2:20 PM affecting bank and UPI payins. Order placements and other services were not affected. Multiple back-ups, DR, and redundancy measures failed to bring the system back up which prolonged the issue before the system was finally back online at 2.20 PM.
We regret the inconvenience caused and we are doing a post-mortem of the incident.
