Adjustment of Futures and Options contracts of GMRINFRA
GMR Infrastructure Limited will be issuing 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 5/- each of GMR Power and Urban Infra Limited for every 10 (Ten) equity shares of Rs. 1 /-each to shareholders of GMR Infrastructure Limited.

Record Date: January 12, 2022
All existing F&O contracts with expiry date January 27, 2022, February 24, 2022, and March 31, 2022, will expire on January 10, 2022.
Derivatives contracts on GMRINFRA shall be introduced again (with expiry January 27, 2022, February 24, 2022, and March 31, 2022) from January 11, 2022, being the ex-date of the underlying. The list of option strikes from which specific strike prices would be made available for trading on January 11, 2022, shall be intimated to the trading members through a separate circular to be issued on January 10, 2022 aftermarket hours.
Note:
- The GMRINFRA contracts will undergo physical settlement and physical delivery margins will be charged for open positions as per our policy.
- The expiry date on the Marketwatch will continue to display as the old expiry date but the contract will be available for trading only till the revised expiry date.
