During the offer period, you can place a bid for the quantity you wish to tender for the buyback/takeover/delisting on Console under Portfolio>Corporate action order window.

Note:

    1. Your orders for TCS buyback will be placed on the Exchange platform only on 31-12-2020 and 01-01-2021.
    2. Your orders for WIPRO buyback will be placed on the Exchange platform only on 11-01-2021. The current market price of Wipro is higher than the buyback price. Please review your decision to place the buyback order by 02:00 PM.
    3. Your orders will be placed on the Exchange platform only on the window expiry date mentioned in the table.
    4. Please make sure to hold the stock until then to be eligible for this buyback. Once you place the order online, you shouldn’t sell those shares.
    5. Charges for the order placed online will be ₹20+GST. These charges are non-refundable irrespective of whether the order is accepted/rejected/failed.
    6. All Buyback, Takeover and Delisting orders will be accepted online through Console only.
    7. Orders will be accepted only till the last day of the closure till 2:00 PM.
