During the offer period, you can place a bid for the quantity you wish to tender for the buyback/takeover/delisting on Console under Portfolio>Corporate action order window. Bids will be accepted until 6 PM, prior to one working day. Orders will be placed on the Exchange platform only on the offer end date mentioned in the table.

As per the BSE circular, the HEXAWARE delisting has been extended till 16th September. If you wish to participate then place a manual request by raising a ticket. The orders will be accepted till 2:00 pm and the charges will be ₹100+gst.
- Your orders will be placed on the Exchange platform only on the window expiry date mentioned in the table.
- Please make sure to hold the stock until then to be eligible for this buyback. Once you place the order online, you shouldn’t sell those shares.
- Charges for the order placed online will be ₹20+GST. The order window will close at 6:00 PM one working day prior to the end date.
- All Buyback, Takeover and Delisting orders will be accepted online through Console only.
- If you miss placing the order online, you will have to give us an email request by creating a ticket. Charges for this will be ₹100+GST. These manual orders will be accepted only till the last day of the closure at 2:00 PM
