Position conversion failure [Resolved]
A few clients were unable to convert positions from MIS to CNC/NRML or vice versa. The issue was identified and resolved shortly. The clients who were unable to convert their position were also informed of the issue and asked to manually exit positions and re-enter in the desired product type.
Update 3.44 PM: The issue is now resolved.
