Kite order placement issue
You may not be able to place fresh orders on Kite. We are looking into the issue and it will be resolved shortly. We regret the inconvenience caused.
Please note that BO/CO orders have been blocked.
Update: 10 AM – We faced a connectivity issue at market opening because of which a few lakh orders piled up and started going to the exchanges with a delay. We have stopped taking fresh orders until the pile is cleared. We regret the inconvenience.
Update – 10:45 AM – Order placement has been enabled on Kite for the past 20 minutes. If your order fails, please try again. We regret the inconvenience caused.
Update – 12:20 PM – Orders are now going through although there might be a slight delay in order processing. You may also not be able to view live margins on Kite. Please refer to your fund balances on Console in the meanwhile.
Update – 1:15 PM – Orders are now going through and you will be able to view live margins on Kite.
