Adjustment of Futures and Options contracts of NBCC
NBCC (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed Record Date as
April 26, 2018 for the purpose of Sub-Division of One Equity Share of Rs 2 each to two equity shares of Rs 1 each. Due to the corporate action, there will be an adjustment in the futures and options contracts. Check this circular for more.
