About Citius TransNet Investment Trust
Citius TransNet Investment Trust is an infrastructure investment trust established to own, operate and invest in road infrastructure assets in India. The Trust has been set up to acquire and manage a portfolio of road projects held through holding companies and special purpose vehicles, which operate under concession agreements with relevant authorities. Its business primarily involves operating and maintaining these road assets and generating income through toll collections, annuity payments and related cash flows from such projects. The Trust is managed by an investment manager and supported by a project manager responsible for execution and operations. It aims to raise funds from investors and deploy them into infrastructure assets in accordance with InvIT regulations, with a focus on stable cash flow generation and distribution to unitholders from the underlying portfolio assets.
