Premier Industrial Corporation Limited (PICL) was originally established as a partnership firm, M/s Premier Industrial Corporation, in 1979. It was converted into a public limited company in August 2007 and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Company is promoted by members of the Morzaria family, including Arvind Chhotalal Morzaria, Dilip Chhotalal Morzaria and other promoter group members.PICL operates in the welding raw materials and consumables industry. It manufactures a wide portfolio of ferro alloy, metal, chemical and mineral powders, along with low and non-alloy, stainless steel and nickel-based alloy wires. Its products are integral to the welding value chain and serve sectors such as construction, infrastructure, automotive, energy and heavy engineering.
