Fractal Industries Limited was incorporated in January 2020 and converted into a public limited company in March 2025. The Company is promoted by Mr Pankaj Bishwanath Agrawal and Mrs Priti Pankaj Agrawal. The Company operates as a full-service garment manufacturing and technology-driven supply chain management company. It focuses on fast-moving, high-quality apparel for large e-commerce marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio and similar platforms. Operations span designing, sourcing and manufacturing garments, along with end-to-end warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics services across India. Fractal Industries follows an integrated business model that combines agile design-to-delivery manufacturing with scalable production and data-driven supply chain solutions. Its manufacturing unit is located in Mumbai, supported by warehouses in multiple states, enabling efficient multi-marketplace order fulfilment. Key offerings include apparel manufacturing, inventory and returns management, order management systems, data analytics, and integrated logistics solutions. The Company’s strengths lie in its technology-enabled operations, pan-India supply chain presence, strong marketplace relationships, and ability to deliver speed, quality and scale for e-commerce-led apparel brands.
