Brandman Retail Limited was incorporated in July 2021 and is headquartered in New Delhi. The company was founded by its promoters, Mr Arun Malhotra, Ms Kavya Malhotra, and Ms Kashika Malhotra. It operates in the organised retail segment with a focus on licensed fashion and lifestyle brands. Brandman Retail is engaged in the design, sourcing, distribution, and retail of footwear and athleisure products. Its portfolio primarily comprises licensed and partner brands. The company sells through a multi-channel network, including Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs), and online marketplaces across India.
