About NFP Sampoorna Foods
NFP Sampoorna Foods Limited was incorporated in December 2023, following the conversion of its earlier partnership firm, Nut and Food Processor. The company is led by its promoter group and operates as a food processing and trading business focused on dry fruits. It procures, imports, processes, grades, packages, and markets products such as cashew nuts, makhana, almonds, and walnuts. In June 2025, the company strengthened its scale by acquiring Yashvardhan Food Industries Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary.
The company follows a diversified business model, serving B2B, B2C, and institutional customers across domestic markets. Raw cashew nuts are sourced directly from African farms and domestic importers, while makhana, almonds, and walnuts are procured through region-specific supplier networks. With in-house processing, multi-channel distribution, and a growing online presence across leading e-commerce platforms, NFP Sampoorna Foods Limited focuses on quality, supply reliability, and expanding its footprint in the packaged dry fruits segment.
