E to E Transportation Infrastructure Limited was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Bengaluru. The company was originally established as a private limited entity and converted into a public limited company in December 2024. It is promoted by Zephyr Mantra LLC, Ventureast ETOE LLP, Sourajit Mukherjee, and Vinay Kunjuri Panduranga Rao. The company operates as an ISO 9001:2015 certified rail engineering and system integration firm. It provides end-to-end solutions across railway signalling and telecommunication systems, electrification, track and civil works, and turnkey railway infrastructure projects. Its operations span mainline railways, urban transit systems, and private sidings, primarily serving Indian Railways, PSUs, and large industrial clients. The business model focuses on integrated project execution, encompassing design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, operations, and maintenance.
