About Luxury Time

Luxury Time Limited, incorporated in 2008 and headquartered in New Delhi, is a leading distributor and retailer of Swiss luxury watches in India. The company was converted into a public limited entity in 2025. Its promoters are Mr Ashok Goel and Mr Pawan Chohan. The company distributes globally renowned Swiss brands such as TAG Heuer, Zenith, Bomberg, and Exaequo. It operates a wide retail and distribution footprint of 70+ points of sale across major metros and key Tier I and II cities. Luxury Time also manages exclusive mono-brand boutiques through a joint venture, with stores currently located in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Its business spans five integrated verticals: B2B watch distribution, direct-to-consumer and e-commerce sales, after-sales services, branding and marketing support, and distribution of specialised watchmaking tools and machinery. The company runs two company-operated service centres supported by 20+ authorised facilities nationwide, ensuring adherence to global service standards. Luxury Time’s model combines brand partnerships, distribution expertise, digital integration, and service infrastructure, making it a trusted partner for international luxury watchmakers entering or expanding in India.
