About Valencia India
Incorporated in 2017, Valencia India Limited operates the Valencia Club Abu resort located in Abu Road, Sirohi, Rajasthan, offering hospitality and resort services. Founded by promoter Mr. Keyur Patel, who brings 25 years of experience in construction and building design, the company initially operated the resort through a lease arrangement with Basil Buildcon Private Limited before acquiring the club building and select villas in 2024.
The resort spans 35,000 sq. ft. and features accommodations, restaurants, spa, gym, swimming pool, banquet facilities, and six residential rooms, along with multiple villas each covering approximately 27,000 sq. ft. Valencia organizes various events including weddings, corporate functions, and family gatherings, while also offering membership services through RCI affiliation that provides access to global resort exchanges.
In December 2023, the company entered into a strategic 20-year partnership with Club Mahindra, under which Valencia will develop and refurbish the property to accommodate 100 room keys across 15 villas and the club building, meeting Club Mahindra’s operational standards and quality benchmarks while transitioning from independent membership enrollment to collaboration with the established hospitality brand.
