Imarticus Learning reported revenues of ₹205 crore in FY25, marking a 16% year-on-year increase. The company also saw a 100% growth in EBITDA during the same period, indicating improved profitability. For FY26, it is targeting revenue in the range of ₹300 crore to ₹320 crore. To support this expansion, Imarticus plans to raise approximately ₹750 crore, comprising a ₹500 crore secondary share sale and a ₹250 crore primary issuance. The funds will be used to scale operations, pursue acquisitions, and expand its course portfolio.
In 2024, Imarticus acquired Bengaluru-based edtech platform MyCaptain for ₹50 crore in a cash and stock deal. MyCaptain now operates as a fully-owned subsidiary, with all 250 employees integrated into Imarticus. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Imarticus’ course offerings, particularly by leveraging MyCaptain’s digital marketing expertise, with plans to increase MyCaptain’s scale by at least five times over the next three years. Some of MyCaptain’s products are also planned to be launched at Imarticus’ offline campuses across India.
