Incorporated in 2013, Wagons Learning is a corporate training and digital learning solutions provider operating on a B2B model. The company delivers training and certification programs, digital learning content, skill development initiatives, trainer outsourcing, and payroll management services. It specializes in sales, customer service, soft skills, functional, and industry-specific training across sectors like automotive, BFSI, pharma, and healthcare. Wagons offers LMS, LxP, and digital libraries to corporates and educational institutions. It is certified by the NSDC for conducting skill development programs and has trained over 550,000 professionals. The company recently expanded to the UAE and plans further global outreach. It is also developing B2C offerings through industry-ready certification programs and vocational content tailored for the 14–26 age group to enhance employability and life skills.
