About Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Limited
Incorporated in 2007, Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Limited is one of the key multi-specialty tertiary and quaternary healthcare providers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area (MMR) and western region of India.
Under the brand name Jupiter, it currently operates hospitals in Thane, Pune, and Indore with a total bed capacity of 1,194 and 1,306 doctors which includes specialists, physicians, and surgeons as of March 31, 2023.
Through its public offer, Jupiter Life Line Hospitals aims to raise Rs. 869.08 crores. The offer comprises of fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs. 542 crores and an offer for sale of 44.5 lakh equity shares from existing shareholders.
