Syrma SGS Technology Ltd. is an engineering and design company engaged in electronics manufacturing services (EMS). It provides integrated services and solutions to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) across industries such as industrial appliances, automotive, healthcare, consumer products and IT industries. Catering to some of the marquee names in the industry such as TVS Motors, A. O. Smith, Eureka Forbes, Hindustan Uniliver, etc.
The company’s product portfolio includes printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), radio frequency identification products (RFID) and other products such as motherboards, DRAM modules, solid state drives, USB drives and other memory products, among others.
The public offer of Syrma SGS Technology comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 766 crores and an offer for sale of 33.69 lakh equity shares from existing shareholders.
