About Aether Industries Limited
Aether Industries Limited is a manufacturer of speciality chemicals that have applications in various industries such as pharmaceutical, agrochemicals, material science, coatings, high-performance photography, additives, and oil & gas segments of the chemicals industry.
The company operates on three business models: large-scale manufacturing of intermediates and speciality chemicals, contract research and manufacturing services (CRAMS), and contract manufacturing. As of March 31, 2022, Aether Industries had a product portfolio comprising over 25 products, sold to over 34 companies in 18 countries and to over 154 domestic companies.
The public offer of Aether Industries comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 627 crores and an offer for sale of 28.2 lakh equity shares from selling shareholders.
