Go Fashion (India) Limited is a women’s bottom-wear brand in India. The company is engaged in the development, design, sourcing, marketing, and retailing of a range of women’s bottom-wear products under its brand Go Colors. It offers one of the widest portfolios of bottom-wear products among women’s apparel retailers in India and holds a market share of approximately 8% in the branded women’s bottom-wear market in Fiscal 2020.
The company aims to raise Rs. 1013 crores through its public offer which includes fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 125 cores and offer for sale of 1.28 crore equity shares from the selling shareholders.
