A Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) is in the business of generating income through owning and leasing out real estate properties. Mindspace Business Parks REIT holds and leases out real estate spaces in 4 cities – Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. It is looking to raise about Rs 4500 crore in the IPO out of which Rs 3500 crores are shares being sold by the promoters and Rs 1000 crores will be in form of a fresh issue.

How do I apply for the Mindspace REIT IPO?

The UPI IPO method for applying is not yet available for REITs. You can log into your bank’s netbanking portal and use your BO ID to apply using netbanking ASBA. The application amount will be blocked in your bank account and will be deducted only if you receive allotment of the units which will be added to your demat account.
