Recently I subscribed to zerodha just for your powerful trading software pi. Just loved the trading terminal where we can place order right on the charts!. And the black interface is just perfect for trading crude oil at night. Just one thing i noticed, if i open more than 2 live charts (3min or lesser time frame) the trading terminal uses huge processing and also to be precise whenever huge volume buying or selling happens the terminal literally hangs (Especially when trading crude oil), which i really hate because that is the time when we really need to take trades just when the prices starts running and the terminal slows down. When the prices are ranging with lesser volumes then the terminal is working real smooth. Well if this slight hang is corrected it would be really helpful for intraday traders. Please look into the issue. Its like Zerodha is giving signals by slowing down.

In Zerodha PIE the MACD indicator is displayed without the histogram, We need to add it separately which looks very odd if you have many other indicators and oscillators lined up on the screen, Also there is no option to add Slow Stochastic.
Last but not the least when can we expect Volume Profile in Pie.

slightly off-topic here, but wanted to enquire, what are the estimated timelines by when we can expect a portal for IPO and also for Primary Debt Issues (NCDs). Right now I have to maintain a separate account with India Infoline just to invest in IPOs and Bonds. It will be great to have everything consolidated under one roof, that roof being Zerodha 🙂

NO DOUBT ZERODHA KITE IS GOOD APP BUT NOW DAYS I TROUBLE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THIS APP. I HAVE BUY 900 SHARES OF GBFL @138.55 NOW THE VALUE OF SHARES IS 142.50 SO ITS IS PROFIT BUT ITS LOOKS IN APPS LOSS OF RS 124695/-. HOW COULD THIS POSSIBLE.
Vijay, I am guessing the last traded price is not getting picked on your app, so the current price might be taking as 0 and hence showing the loss. Can you send such queries to [email protected]

Zerodha platform give a lot of flexibility for trading. But i wanted to highlight a major problem that i am seeing, which is the % change compare to the previous closing prices are wrong on many days. I can take a snapshot from kite and send you if you need. Otherwise too i think it is very easy to test in your lab. Please take care of that.
Muruka, if you have logged into Kite before market hours, the closing price will be showing from day before yesterday. When market opens, the % change shows relative to day before price, and not yesterdays closing price. A browser refresh will fix this. But we are looking at fixing this, so that even if you are logged in from before, the closing price should update as soon as market opens.
