Issue with positions display (NSE, BSE, MCX)
Time of Incident: 09:00 AMIncident: Intermittent issue with position display on our trading platform on NSE, BSE and MCX exchanges.
Cause: There was an intermittent issue with display of positions on our trading platform owing to an issue with the position stream on one of the servers.
Additional Info: The impact was on the display of positions intermittently. But, the affected positions were displayed to clients post multiple refreshes. The order status was displayed on the orders page correctly for all users. The order placement, order modification and order cancellation were not impacted.
Approx clients affected: 25000 to 30000
