The buyback of Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) opens on March 5th, 11 AM and closes on March 15th at 12 PM. You can place the orders from Q>Portfolio>buyback. Rs.20+GST will be applicable for all orders and orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure that you have the required number of shares present in your demat as of March 15th to ensure successful tender of shares
Note: Hard or soft copies of the tender forms won’t be accepted.
If you fail to place an order between March 5th, 11 AM and March 15th 12 PM, manual orders will be accepted from March 15th, 12 PM to March 16th, 1 PM. Rs 100+GST will be charged for all manual orders placed.
