[Resolved] Delay in receiving reports from exchange (MCX)

Update [11:20 AM]: Issue with the average price is resolved.

Update [9:00 AM]: Funds are now showing correctly.

Due to a delay in receiving trade reports from the exchange, the average price for MCX commodity positions for some clients is showing as “NA/0” on Kite, and funds are also being displayed incorrectly. We’re in touch with the exchange to resolve this at the earliest.
