Settlement Holiday on account of Id-E-Milad on August 26, 2026

August 26, 2026, will be a settlement holiday on account of Id-E-Milad.

A settlement holiday is a day when trading is possible, but clearing and settlement are closed for Payin and Payout of stocks and funds.

Your account balance will not include the following credits on August 26, 2026:

1. Intraday profits made in the Equity segment on August 25, 2026.
2. Credits from trades made in NFO and Currency derivatives on August 25, 2026. This will include options premium credits, futures M2M profits, etc.
3. Credits from trades made in Commodity derivatives on August 25, 2026. This will include options premium credits, futures M2M profits, etc.

You can check your fund statement on Console to see the unsettled credits in your account.

Note:

• The currency markets will remain closed for the day.
• The auction market will be closed.
• Profits and credits received from equity trades or exiting positions in the derivatives segment (F&O and CDS) on August 25, 2026, and on August 26, 2026, will be available for withdrawal on August 27, 2026, by EOD.
• BTST (Buy Today, Sell Tomorrow) transactions are not allowed for MTF stocks on August 26, 2026, shares purchased on August 25, 2026, and on August 26, 2026, can be sold on August 27, 2026.
