Trading holiday on account of municipal corporation elections in Maharashtra on January 15, 2026

The equity, F&O, and currency markets will remain closed on January 15, 2026, on account of municipal corporation elections in Maharashtra. Commodity markets will be closed for the first half, and trading will be open only in the evening session (5:00 pm onwards).

Since it’s also a settlement holiday, your account balance on January 15, 2026, will not include the credits from:

• Intraday and F&O profits made in the Equity segment on January 14, 2026.
• Profits (Realized and Marked to Market) from trades or positions in the commodity derivatives on January 14, 2026.
• Credits from exiting option positions on January 14, 2026.

You can check your funds statement on Console to see the unsettled credits in your account. Keep track of trading and settlement holidays here.

Note:

• The instant withdrawal facility will remain available for fund withdrawals.
• Regular withdrawal requests placed on January 15, 2026, will be processed on January 16, 2026, and you will receive the funds by 2 PM on January 17, 2026.
