Electricity Futures contracts expiry - October 2025

Electricity contracts are cash-settled based on the Volume Weighted Average of Day-Ahead Market prices (DAM-UMCP) for the entire month; the settlement price may differ significantly from market trading prices. This creates volatility and uncertainty in final settlement.

Please square off your position in the Electricity October future contract by 9 PM on October 29, 2025.; failing to do so, we may square off the position to avoid uncertainty in the final settlement.
