Trading holiday on account of Diwali-Balipratipada on October 22, 2025
The equity, F&O, and currency markets will remain closed on October 22, 2025, on account of Diwali-Balipratipada. Commodity markets will be closed for the first half, and trading will be open only in the evening session (5:00 pm onwards).
Since it’s also a settlement holiday, your account balance on October 22, 2025, will not include the credits from:
- Intraday and F&O profits made in the Equity segment on October 20, 2025 and October 21, 2025.
- Profits (Realized and Marked to Market) from trades or positions in the commodity derivatives on October 20, 2025 and October 21, 2025.
- Credits from exiting option positions on October 20, 2025 and October 21, 2025.
You can check your funds statement on Console to see the unsettled credits in your account. Keep track of trading and settlement holidays here.
Note:
- The instant withdrawal facility will remain available for fund withdrawals.
- Regular withdrawal requests placed on October 22, 2025, will be processed on October 23, 2025, and you will receive the funds by 2 PM on October 24, 2025.
