Quarterly Settlement of Funds - October 2025

All unused funds in your Zerodha account as of the end of the day on October 03, 2025, will be transferred back to your primary bank account as part of the mandatory quarterly settlement process. You can expect to receive the credit of funds in your bank account during the day on October 04, 2025.

Stockbrokers are required to transfer unused funds back to the client’s bank account as per SEBI regulations. Learn more.

Note:

  1. Funds added back to the trading account before 3rd October and remaining unused will be settled back to the bank account as per the regulatory requirement.
  2. Withdrawal requests placed on the 2nd October onwards will be processed on the 4th of October.
  3. Instant withdrawal will not be available on October 04, 2025.
