Trading holiday on account of Ganesh Chaturthi on August 27, 2025
The equity, F&O, and currency markets will remain closed on August 27, 2025, on account of Ganesh Chaturthi. Commodity markets will be closed for the first half, and trading will be open only in the evening session (5:00 pm onwards).
Since it’s also a settlement holiday, your account balance on August 27, 2025, will not include the credits from:
- Intraday and F&O profits made in the Equity segment on August 26, 2025.
- Profits (Realized and Marked to Market) from trades or positions in the commodity derivatives on August 26, 2025.
- Credits from exiting option positions on August 26, 2025.
You can check your funds statement on Console to see the unsettled credits in your account. Keep track of trading and settlement holidays here.
Note:
- The instant withdrawal facility will remain available for fund withdrawals.
- Regular withdrawal requests placed on August 27, 2025, will be processed on August 28, 2025, and you will receive the funds by 2 PM on August 29, 2025.
