Current Buybacks - June 2025

*For Paramatrix, the market lot for trading of equity shares is 1200 shares and in multiples of 1200 shares. Hence, the shares to be tendered will be in lots of 1200 shares. However, acceptance of equity shares under the Buyback will be as per entitlement. As a result, shareholders may be left with odd lots of shares, which may not be tradable in the market. Investors are advised to make an informed decision before participating in the Buyback.

Note:

1) Order acceptance for the buyback offer will close on the end date mentioned in the table, at 1:00 PM.
2) Your orders will be placed on the Exchange platform only on the buyback closure date.
3) Please make sure to hold the stock until then to be eligible for this buyback.
4) The charges for the buyback order placed online will be Rs. 20+GST.
5) Once you place the order online, you shouldn’t sell those shares.
6) A new order window will open on the day prior to the buyback end date, from 6:01 PM till 1:00 PM on the buyback end date.
7) Orders will be accepted only till the last day of the closure till 1:00 PM
8) Pledged quantity and T1 holdings will not be taken into consideration.
