Trading holiday on account of Maha Shivaratri on February 26, 2025
The equity, F&O, and currency markets will remain closed on February 26, 2025, on account of Maha Shivaratri. Commodity markets will be closed for the first half, and trading will be open only in the evening session (5:00 pm onwards).
Since it’s also a settlement holiday, your commodity account balance on February 26, 2025, will not include the credits from:
- Profits (Realized and Marked to Market) from trades or positions in the commodity derivatives on February 25, 2025.
- Credits from exiting option positions on February 25, 2025.
You can check your funds’ statement on Console to see the unsettled credits in your account. Keep track of trading and settlement holidays here.
Note:
- The instant withdrawal facility will remain available for fund withdrawals.
- Regular withdrawal requests placed on February 26, 2025, will be processed on February 27, 2025, and you will receive the funds by 2 PM on February 28, 2025
