Adjustment of Futures and Options contracts of ITC
ITC Limited will be issuing 1 (one) equity share of Re.1/- each of ITC Hotels Limited for every 10 (ten) equity share of face value of Re.1/- each to shareholders of ITC Limited.

Ex-date: January 06, 2025
All existing contracts with expiry dates January 30, 2025, February 27, 2025, and March 27, 2025, will expire on January 03, 2025.
Derivatives contracts on ITC shall be introduced again (with expiry January 30, 2025, February 27, 2025 and March 27, 2025) from January 06, 2025, being the ex-date of the underlying. The list of option strikes from which specific strike prices would be made available for trading on January 06, 2025, shall be intimated to the trading members through a separate circular to be issued on January 03, 2025 aftermarket hours.
Note:
- The ITC contracts will undergo physical settlement and physical delivery margins will be charged for open positions as per our policy.
- The expiry date on the Marketwatch will continue to display as the old expiry date but the contract will be available for trading only till the revised expiry date.
- A Special Pre-Open Session (SPOS) for ITC Limited will be conducted on both NSE and BSE from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on January 06, 2025. Click here for more details.
