Trading holiday on account of Gurunanak Jayanti
The equity, F&O, and currency markets will remain closed on November 15, 2024, on account of Gurunanak Jayanti. Commodity markets will be closed for the first half, and trading will be open only in the evening session (5:00 pm onwards).
Since it’s also a settlement holiday, your commodity account balance on November 15, 2024, will not include the credits from:
- Profits (Realized and Marked to Market) from trades or positions in the commodity derivatives on November 14.
- Credits from exiting option positions on November 14.
You can check your funds’ statement on Console to see the unsettled credits in your account. Keep track of trading and settlement holidays here.
Note:
- The instant withdrawal facility will remain available for fund withdrawals.
- Regular withdrawal requests placed on November 15, 2024, will be processed on November 16, 2024, and you will receive the funds by 9 PM on November 16, 2024.
- Profits and credits received from trades or exiting positions in the derivatives segment (F&O and CDS) on November 14, 2024, will be available for withdrawal on November 18, 2024, by the end of the day.
