Suspension of trading in Tata Motors Limited (TATAMTRDVR)
The shares of Tata Motors Ltd – DVR (TATAMTRDVR) will be suspended from trading, w.e.f. August 30, 2024, due to the Scheme of Arrangement, with Tata Motors Limited (TATAMOTORS). You will not be able to view the shares in your Kite holdings.
If you are eligible under this scheme, as per this announcement, you will be credited with 7 shares of Tata Motors Limited (TATAMOTORS) for every 10 shares of Tata Motors Ltd – DVR (TATAMTRDVR). The company will settle any fractional shares resulting from this amalgamation in cash. Once these shares are credited to your demat account and listed on the exchanges, they will appear in your Kite holdings.
