Suspension of trading - BIRLATYRE
As per Resolution Plan approved by “Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), shares of the Birla Tyres Limited (BIRLATYRE) will be extinguished with NIL value and will also be delisted from all the Stock Exchanges, effective from October 30, 2023.
