Suspension of trading in PRESSMN
The equity shares of Pressman Advertising Limited(PRESSMN) shall not be available for trading w.e.f September 22, 2023, pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation with Signpost India Limited.
1 fully paid-up equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each of Signpost India Limited shall be issued and allotted for every 1 fully paid-up equity share of the face value Rs.2/- each held in Pressman Advertising Limited as on record date, September 22, 2023.
