Suspension of trading - Mindtree Limited

The equity shares of Mindtree Ltd shall not be available for trading w.e.f 23rd November 2022 pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation with L&T Infotech Ltd.

73 fully paid-up equity shares of Re.1/- each of LTI shall be issued and allotted for every 100 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs.10/- each held in Mindtree as on record date, 24th November 2022.

In view of the above, the existing contracts of expiry months November 2022, December 2022, and January 2023 will expire on 22nd November 2022 and shall be physically settled.

Note:

  • The MINDTREE contracts will undergo physical settlement and physical delivery margins will be charged for open positions as per our policy.
  • The expiry date on the Marketwatch will continue to display as the old expiry date but the contract will be available for trading only till the revised expiry date.
