Adjustment of Futures and Options contracts of PEL
Piramal Enterprises Limited will be issuing 4 (four) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Piramal Pharma Limited for every 1 (one) equity share of Rs 2/- each to shareholders of Piramal Enterprises Limited.

Ex-date: August 30, 2022
Record Date: Septmeber 1, 2022
All existing contracts with expiry dates September 29, 2022, October 27, 2022 and November 24, 2022, will expire on August 29, 2022.
Derivatives contracts on PEL shall be introduced again (with expiry dates September 29, 2022, October 27, 2022, and November 24, 2022) from August 30, 2022, being the ex-date of the underlying. The list of option strikes from which specific strike prices would be made available for trading on August 30, 2022, shall be intimated to the trading members through a separate circular to be issued on August 29, 2022 aftermarket hours.
Note:
- The PEL contracts will undergo physical settlement and physical delivery margins will be charged for open positions as per our policy.
- The expiry date on the Marketwatch will continue to display as the old expiry date but the contract will be available for trading only till the revised expiry date.
