Delisting of Universus Photo Imagings Limited - Issue failure
The delisting tender offer of Universus Photo Imagings Limited from 23rd March 2022 to 29th March 2022 has failed. All shares tendered in the delisting offer shall be returned/released to the investors/public shareholders by the Clearing corporation on 31st March 2022.
