U. P Hotels Limited - Issue failure
The delisting tender offer of U. P Hotels Limited (UPHOT) from 21st March 2022 to 25th March 2022 has failed. All shares tendered in the delisting offer shall be returned/released to the investors/public shareholders by the Clearing corporation on 30th March 2022.
