Delisting of Jindal Photo Limited - Issue failure
The delisting tender offer of Jindal Photo Limited from 17th March 2022 to 24th March 2022 has failed. All shares tendered in the delisting offer shall be returned/released to the investors/public shareholders by the Clearing corporation on 25th March 2022.
