Delisting of Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Limited - Issue failure
The delisting tender offer of Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Limited from 4th March 2022 to 10th March 2022 has failed. All shares tendered in the delisting offer shall be returned/released to the investors/public shareholders by the Clearing corporation on 15th March 2022.
