Exchange order execution issue [Resolved]

Due to an issue at NSE, a few users would have seen orders in the “Open pending” state in the F&O segment between 1:34 PM and 1:42 PM on November 22, 2021. This has since been resolved and all valid orders have been processed. The issue was observed across multiple brokers.
